i placed an order and have an urgent question for you - what do i do?

please send me an email at e.killer@sourbabyceramics.com. i know i have an automatic responder set up for emails that says it may take up to 3 days for me to get back to you but i do check this email daily and will respond if it’s urgent. you may dm me in addition to emailing me but email is the only way to ensure that i see your message.

do you make commissioned pieces or do wholesale?

i am not taking on any commissions or new wholesale customers at this time.

what if my package is lost, stolen, or arrives broken?

i do not accept responsibility for packages that go missing. i would suggest contacting USPS to file a claim. i do not provide refunds for lost or stolen items. should your piece arrive broken, please contact me within 24hrs of delivery and include a photo of the damage. i can send a replacement piece or issue a refund.

do you accept returns?

no, all sales are final.

i saw a piece on your ig, is it for sale?

the only place i will sell my pieces is here on my website. if you do not see it listed, it’s either not yet for sale, or has already sold.

everything is sold out. when’s your next store update?

i try and restock my store as often as possible but life is weird and busy and i do my best. right now the next store update is on track for July but an exact date is TBD. you can sign up for my newsletters and/or follow me on ig at @sour.baby.ceramics or @killer.killer to stay in the know.

when do i get tracking info, what courier is used, + how much?

please allow 5-7 business days for your package to ship. tracking will be provided via email as soon as a shipping label as been created. items are sent via USPS priority. shipping ceramics for safe travel may be slightly more expensive than other online purchases but i want to ensure your piece will arrive safely. your shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

what if i entered the wrong address?

email me as soon as possible @ e.killer@sourbabyceramics.com. once you receive the tracking info, i can no longer make any adjustments. please do not DM me about this. please make sure that your shipping address is correct when checking out. if something is shipped to the wrong address and i wasn’t contacted correctly, i will not issue a refund, send a replacement, or get in contact with USPS on your behalf.

do you ship internationally?

currently, i am only shipping to the US + Canada but am looking to expand to worldwide shipping soon. recipients are responsible for paying all customs, duties, + taxes.

do you offer local pick-ups?

at this time, pick-up is not available.

are your pieces microwave and/or dishwasher safe?

everything is dishwasher safe, though i recommend washing by hand. all pieces unless otherwise noted as microwave safe.
